God Watches Over Us

God has watched over you even when you felt alone, even when you felt desperate, even when you felt forgotten, even when you have been without. God has never left you nor forsaken you. He has been with you from the very first day you gave yourself to Him and He has watched over you. 

True, He has allowed you to walk through some hard circumstances, but do you not know that they are making you stronger? Do you not know that they are giving you the right to exercise the authority He has given you? Do you not know that they cause you to cling to Him? 

Your destiny is already written and it is one of victory, not failure. So, walk with God in trust and love. Victory is assured. Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Dare to believe you can be what He says you can be.

Overwhelmed?

Feeling overwhelmed? While doing your best to be strong and to overcome, you still feel weak and unable to cope?

God is your strength in every situation. God is your peace in the storm. With Him nothing is impossible. Apply your faith, rest in His peace and He will cause you to not only endure, but to succeed. 
 

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Choose Peace

Maintain peace and stay steady. God's grace is sufficient for each moment. He wants to give us the wisdom and strength to endure through difficulties. These are the times when our trust in God is imperative. We must believe that God can and will direct our steps and surround us with a hedge of protection. He does not want us to despair, but rather to remember that God is with us.

1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.

 

Guarding Your Faith

Refuse to allow discouragement to kill your faith. 

Stay strong, and bolster your faith through reading, hearing, understanding and agreeing with God's Word. Keep close tabs on your thoughts and make adjustments where necessary to maintain a strong and undeniable faith. Faith is your greatest asset, and must be protected at all cost. 

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. 
 

Finding Time

Our days are filled with schedules, demands, requests, and routines. We hurry to get things done so we can have some time. Yet again and again we say we do not have time.

How do we stop this rushing river of life that consumes our time? As I look around to find another way God loves me, I slow down the moment. I have given time, only to find time. In this way, in this one moment, I have spent time with God.
