This wonderful photo by Mona reflects what I hear and see when I stepped outside this week. The birds were so busy and noisy! They must be putting away for winter, or saying their farewells until spring.
I know fall is a busy time for the gardeners, and moms with school children. The season brings a new pace that roars right into Christmas.
I hope you and I do not get too busy to spend time with God. I am sure He enjoys our chatter (the Bible says He laughs over us) and our work (the Bible says that work is a reward and blessing); however, He delights in the time we spend with Him.
Let's give Him reason to delight in us today!

Great reminder! I have been so busy lately, putting up food for the winter that it is hard to find time to really focus on him.
