A Brand New Ending

This was an exciting photo op for us because: 1. We do not live near the beach. 2. We rarely get to the beach. 3. I have never seen a rainbow over the ocean. 4. If you look closely, you will see the faint colors of a second rainbow!

Then my camera would not 'click'. Finally my husband ran to the car and got his small camera. At lease we had 'our moment' now on disc.

All that excitement aside, I love this exciting thought: "Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending." ~Carl Bard. To which I add, that is especially true if you are including God and Reaching Out and Up.

I love your post today, and the photo is terrific. Why wouldn't your camera click? Mine does that sometimes, and it's usually me, or it's smarter than I am! They won't snap if something's wrong.

Doesn't seeing the ocean just do your heart good? What an amazing moment you had with the double rainbows--so glad they waited for the camera to arrive.

I have a nice rainbow pic on one of my posts. I love rainbows! God shows His graciousness every day! Beautiful shot, disc or not!

Great picture!
Love the quote also - so true. We can't go back, but "Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." (Phil 3:13-14)
Thanks for the great post.
In His love,
Tina
