A Bit Reflective

It is warm and muggy here. It is Sunday. I am in a bit of a reflective mood.

Originally I saw this log with a duck on it sunbathing while a muskrat swam and sniffed and peeked at the duck. It was a sweet nature moment. I did not have my camera so this is all I found upon my return.

I was not sad when I returned - I was only reflective.

Today I reflect on the goodness of God. He is my strength, courage, and my log on which to rest.

My husband is undergoing an unexpected job change. My home has been under constant change for a year as we have made preparations to rent it for elder care. This week, the lady who is going to rent, decided it will soon be time for us to leave.

You mean; my husband is undergoing a job change and we are going to be without our home?

Did I laugh or did I cry? Neither. (Try numb, confused, stressed - ha! Maybe instead of neither, I could say both!)

We will trust God - He knows the timing of everything. I will reflect on WHO HE IS and rest in Him.

Your life is sure taking a lot of turns! I know you, and I know you'll leave it all to God - which is, afterall, what's best.

What wonderful words of wisdom! I've not been checking on my favorite blogs much this summer, so I'm playing catch up now. Praying for you in this transition time.
In His love,
Tina

I needed some info and was searching on Google.co.uk for it. I visited each of the first 10 pages that came up but didn’t get any relevant result... I then luckily found your diamond message board in the dirt and thought to check it out. This is what I wanted!

Cheers dudes at reachingoutandup.blogspot.com and keep your brilliant effort up.
