I finally planted a few flowers - I could hear the humming birds scouting. I think the humming birds prefer red flowers, but for now mine look pretty wimpy - so no photo of them! LOLOkay, this little thing is really the size of my thumbnail. What detail is found inside once the camera focuses on it! What an amazing creation by God. Why is it important that I praise God and not the creation?
Romans 1:24-25 "Therefore God gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their heart, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator.
Romans 1:26-27 "For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful."
As believers, we need to know where all this 'stuff'' has been coming from. It is no small thing to ignore and deny that God is the Creator.
Let us enjoy all the beauty God put around us. Let us join the rocks and the hills in praising God!
